We put you in control of how you're eating and feeling. And we do that by connecting you with latest recommendations from the scientific and medical community on how to eat to reduce inflammation, promote health, and manage disease.  We help you get your foundation lined up with their recommendations and work with you to make adjustments to get it working right for you.

We incorporate the findings and approaches used by the world’s top health and wellness experts. Sue has studied with Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Dr. Mark Hyman; Dr. Joel Furman; Dr. Barry Sears; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

We work with you to reach your goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, experiencing relief (from digestive issues, migraines, cravings) increasing sleep, maximizing energy, and confidently preparing and selecting healthy meals and snacks. We don't believe in diets, and we don’t create lists of restrictions, or good and bad foods. Instead, we help you learn about how different foods work inside your body so you can make choices that support your personal goals.

We focus on how you like to eat (preferences, allergies, sensitivities) and live (eat out, cook, travel) and our cooking curriculum goes deep to teach you the cooking and flavoring skills you need to get more delicious healthy foods into your life.
