What is Savory Living®?
Savory Living is for people who want to take control of how they eat and feel. It's an online healthy eating lifestyle program that guides you through easy gradual change as you learn how to eat right for you, master the time-saving food & flavoring skills, and get the personal coaching support to stay on track and turn healthy eating into a lifestyle you love.
In less than an hour a week you’ll learn the why behind the science and apply healthy eating principles to your life. You’ll learn the time-saving flavoring skills to make it taste great. And you’ll get the one-on-one coaching support to stay on track and achieve your goals.
The full program is 12 sessions and takes 6 months to complete. You pay as you go and can stop at anytime. Each session takes two weeks to complete (research found that was the ideal amount of time for participants to master the session's content & skills and create new habits that stick). The program sends you reminders to stay on track and you can take longer if you need it.

How can one size fit all?
One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to healthy eating. We all have different bodies, issues, and lives. Who is the program for?
We’re for people who want to take charge of how they eat and feel. Your body may be telling you that you need to make change (living with a disease or condition and doctor recommends healthy eating lifestyle intervention, signs of inflammation, headaches, joint pain, digestive issues, belly fat, energy issues), or maybe you want to figure out how to cook and get more delicious healthy foods into your day. We’ve created our program for all kinds of eaters (allergies, sensitivities, preferences) with varying levels of nutrition and cooking experience. And no worries if you're new to cooking, we will teach you fast and easy ways to make food taste great!
I eat a particular way, will the program work for me?
We’ve created our program for all kinds of eaters (allergies, sensitivities, preferences). We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and we don’t give you menus or meal plans. We teach you how to apply healthy eating principles to your life, and empower you with the know-how and skills to create new behaviors and get it working for you. So regardless of how you eat (vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, kosher) you'll activate evidence-based healthy eating guidance and get the food ideas and easy cooking skills to make it taste delicious and fit how you like to eat and live.
How does the program work?
Sign up and start whenever you’d like. Fill in our survey so we can customize the program for you. We send you reminders to watch each session and check in to see how you're doing and help you stay on track and master each session's content.
The program runs on your schedule (online, on-demand, on any device). Our web app + personal coach guides you through our proven curriculum and experience.
There are 12 sessions and a new one is unlocked every two weeks. You'll learn about a key healthy eating principle and related cooking skill, get inspired, pick three actions, and spend two weeks creating new habits.
Your coach checks in through the app (sends you messages and responds to your questions) and helps you tinker to get it right for you.
You can slow the program down and stop at anytime. After the 12 sessions you are DONE and have solved it! But if you'd like to continue you can sign up for our monthly support offering (for program graduates).
How do I access the program?
Simply use your favorite browser to log into the program. It’s available online, on-demand (watch anytime), on any device (phone, tablet, computer). So at 2am in your pajamas you can watch class, check out the cooking content and send your coach a message.
Can you tell me more about my coach?
Our coaches are board-certified behavior change wellness coaches and nutritionists. The class videos provide the education and teach you the why and how to activate healthy eating to solve your unique goals. Your coach helps you tinker to make gradual changes each week and figure out how to get it to work for you. Their primary goal is to provide encouragement, help you connect how you are eating with how you’re feeling, and break down barriers to making change. They do not dispense medical advice. You will be paired with a coach who will work with you throughout your experience. Your coach proactively sends you messages (through the app), responds to your questions, and engages with you as little or as much as you’d like. (We get that some people don’t want a coach and we don’t take it personally!)
How does the subscription work?
We keep it simple. One low price for everything, and that price includes personal coaching and live online meet-up sessions. No contracts, hidden sign-up fees, or add-on charges. The program includes 12 sessions and each takes two weeks to complete. The day you sign up becomes your billing cycle date. You are billed monthly until you finish all 12 sessions or cancel. You can cancel at anytime.
How does the FREE trial work
Sign up and get started. Experience the first session for free as our guest. Each session takes two weeks - so you'll have two weeks to try it out (watch class, pick actions and work with your coach) After the two weeks are up you choose if you want to experience the full program.
