Sign up and start whenever you’d like. Our web app guides you through our proven 12 session curriculum and food experience. Each session covers an essential healthy eating topic and teaches you the fast cooking and flavoring skills to create variety and appeal to even the pickiest of eaters. You’ll get inspired, pick three actions, try the suggestions, and see what works for you. Your coach checks in to help you stay on track and reach your goals. The program is perfectly paced and serves you up a new session every two weeks. You can slow it down and stop at anytime.

  • Join Sue in her kitchen to get inspired. Boost your kitchen confidence as you learn the fast and easy healthy cooking skills you need to move beyond recipe cooking, and quickly create delicious meals and snacks.

  • Learn the time-saving tips and simple flavoring techniques to create variety, appeal to picky eaters, and quickly assemble delicious meals and snacks.

  • Key topics include dark leafy greens, vegetable on the stove and in the oven, sweet treats, grilling, whole grain dishes, healthy plant and animal proteins, sauces, one-pot meals, weekly food planning and more.
