Sign up and tell us about your goals and how you like to eat and live. We’ll guide you through our proven 12 session experience. Each session lasts for two weeks and covers a healthy eating and healthy cooking topic. You’ll watch class and learn what the experts have to say, pick your actions and spend two weeks putting it into practice in your life. Complete the session and move on to the next. There are 12 and you can stop at anytime.

1. Watch Class Video

Get inspired as Sue teaches you about that session’s healthy eating principles and shows you how to apply them to your life. Class is 25 min.


 
 

2. Try New Foods

Join Sue in her kitchen to learn that session’s fast and easy cooking & flavoring techniques. Watch the videos and try the recipes.

3. Pick Your Actions

Pick three actions. Spend two weeks applying what you’ve learned and notice how you feel when you make change.

4. Stay Accountable & Get Support

Log how you’re eating and feeling. Your private coach will message you through the app to provide suggestions, answer questions, help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

OUR NUTRITION CURRICULUM

  • We provide evidence-based healthy eating guidance and teach Harvard’s Healthy Eating Plate.

  • Each of the 12 sessions covers a major healthy eating topic. In 25 min you’ll learn the facts and practical ways to make easy gradual changes to how you eat and feel.

  • Learn the why behind the science and feel the real difference it makes when you get all aspects of your eating working right for you.

  • Work with your coach each week to stay motivated, tackle challenges and reach your goals (healthy weight loss, reducing inflammation, managing digestive issues, gaining energy, food sensitivities, strong bones, sugar, chronic conditions etc.).
