Our proven 12 session curriculum provides the structure and actions to help us figure it out. Each session we make some changes, see what works and then keep adding and adjusting from there. The full program is 12 sessions (each lasts 2 weeks). It is $33 a month for everything (coach and full program). It is FSA and HSA eligible. You pay as you go and can cancel anytime (with a click).
